BOARDWALK at Forrest Chase
The ISPT $100 million redevelopment of Forrest Chase is a big project. It required a big idea to ensure that during construction we maintained foot traffic through the centre and created opportunities to attract people who normally would not visit.
To do this we created THE WALK at Forrest Chase. Taking the construction pedestrian tunnel and turning it into an experiential brand walk. It started with PAINT THE TOWN RED prior to the tunnel being constructed and launched with DREAMWALK.
We then upped the ante through the delivery of BOARDWALK. Celebrating the world’s great boardwalk foodie destinations.
To win $30,000 to visit your favourite foodie destination, you simply spent $120 or more at Myer Forrest Chase to be in the draw.
We used 2D and 3D elements to create the multi-coloured experience. Hundred’s of metres of plumbing pipe concepted into wall and floor treatments, vinyl and ACM graphic panels and floor decals transformed the tunnel.
BOARDWALK is a finalist in the Brand Experience category at the Australian Graphic Design Association (AGDA) Awards.
