Averley Sales Suite
Located in Pakenham East, Victoria, Averley offers the best of all worlds: urban living with a rural lifestyle, in a welcoming community.
Tasked with transforming a former high street toy store into a sales suite with a difference. We worked with the client team and builder from concept through to construction of the interior and exterior.
The outcome needed to deliver on the customer journey and sales experience, whilst creating a space that was unexpected and allowed customers to self discover or interact with one of the sales team.
Key statement furniture was custom designed and manufactured to deliver both form and function.

The custom furniture we designed, desk, refreshment area and planter seat, all used natural materials that complemented the Averley palette and its rural location. The brass inlay in the entry was also a favourite feature of the fitout.
